Hi Christian,
I'd like to be able to set an Aero Theme on my main monitor, while manually choosing a single wallpaper for my 2nd monitor. Is there a way to do this?

Would you want to use an image from the theme on the primary monitor? If yes, that's no problem, the images for the themes are stored in C:\Windows\Web\Wallpaper.
Just select the 'a different background/image for each monitor' option, then select the image you want to use for each monitor.
