I do not know if Ultramon is right for me. What I am looking at doing is building an htpc for my home. I have my main screen that uses DVI inputs and my other tv only has s-video inputs. I want to basically mirror my screen on both tvs. I want to use Ultramon for being able to change the resolutions. One of my main concerns with Ultramon is I am wondering if it will slow down my htpc. I plan on buying AMD Athlon II X2 265 Regor 3.3GHz processor. I do not plan on running both TVs at the same time, don't know if this makes a difference. I basically just want to be able to watch movies on both TVs.

My guess would be that performance won't be good enough with UltraMon mirroring, I would recommend giving this a try with the trial version first.
