Using XP SP3; Ultramon 2.7.1; 3 monitors for many years with no problems.
Suddenly, in Standard Mode any tasks on the Primary monitor are not shown on that taskbar. Switch to Mirror Mode and all tasks shown on all taskbars?

Most likely it's just a configuration issue, to fix this right-click the UltraMon taskbar and adjust the 'Show Tasks from' setting so that the taskbar only shows tasks from the monitor it is on. Repeat this for each UltraMon taskbar you have.

Thanks for the reply. It turned out that I had an ultramon taskbar hiding behind the windows taskbar on the primary monitor. I managed to drag it to the side of the screen and remove it. The tasks on the Primary monitor then appeared on the Windows taskbar.
How I managed to get in that state, I don't know; but all fine now.
