My company is new to using UltraMon but we've recently found an issue with printing from RemoteApps that causes the task bar to jump from monitor 1 to monitor 2 right after a print job has completed.
Here is some more information about our setup.
Our clients are using a three monitor setup with machines running VMWware View Client 4.0 to connect to their virtual machines (via PC over IP protocol). The VM's are running Windows XP SP3. We use UltraMon to allow users to easily move monitors to the available three screens.
Users connect to a few hosted applications via Microsofts RemoteApp technology via Windows 2008 R2 terminal services role. Multiple applications shared via RemoteApp exhibit this same behavior.
We are using UltraMon 3.1.0. The smart task bar feature is disabled in UltraMon.
Has anyone else had a similar problem? Any advice for attempting to fix this problem? Any help would be appreciated.

Sounds like a Windows issue, if the Smart Taskbar is disabled UltraMon doesn't interact with the main taskbar. To confirm the issue isn't related to UltraMon, try if you still have the problem without UltraMon running.

Hmm. Ok. Thanks for your reply. We didn't have this issue before we used UltraMon but I'm willing to give your suggestion a shot. At least so we can pin down the problem further.

Wow, you were right. It looks like its not UltraMon that is causing the problem. It may be our new PC over IP protocol that VMWare 4 uses.
Thanks for your suggestion. On to the VMWare forums.
