Starting this morning my desktop icons moved from my center monitor, where they should be, to the left monitor. I have 3 monitors which from left to right are numbered 3-1-2.
Bootup this morning started with a BSOD but 'Start Windows Normally' worked except for the icons moving.
I had problems yesterday after installing a demo program where I couldn't see the mouse on the center monitor only--could see it fine on both side monitors.
Upgraded my graphics adapter driver as requested by demo software--didn't work so I uninstalled the demo sw. Still have icons on left monitor.
Windows 7
How can I get desktop icons back to center monitor?
Thanks!!!

In relation to above post about desktop icons moving to wrong monitor I enabled/disabled 'auto arrange icons' and now half of them are on the left monitor and the rest on the center monitor.
Thanks

Okay I just moved them manually and we'll see if they stay.

You could also save/restore icon positions via UltraMon menu > Desktop Icons, but please note that by default UltraMon saves current positions during shutdown, to prevent this go to UltraMon Options > General and uncheck 'preserve position of desktop icons' (you can still save/restore icon positions manually).
