Had UltraMon v3.0.10.
Whenever I right clicked on a shortcut then clicked on "Properties" one of the tabs was "UltraMon - Windows" as shown here:

Few days ago, I wiped my SSD to do a fresh install of Windows 7 Ultimate x64 SP1. Downloaded UltraMon v3.1.0 and installed it. I don't see this feature / option anymore whenever I right click on a shortcut and click on "Properties.
How do I get this feature back?

I'm seeing that on one of my Windows 7 systems as well, might be related to the SP1 installation.
To fix this, go to UltraMon Options > Profiles and Shortcuts, uncheck 'enable shortcut extensions', then close the dialog with OK. Now go to the same tab again and enable the shortcut extensions. This will recreate the needed registry entries.
You'll need to log off and log in again for the change to take effect.

Thanks Christian. Gonna give this a try when I get back home this week.
Also, not sure if it would make a difference, but I didn't install Windows 7 SP1 separately. I have a Microsoft Technet membership and downloaded the new ISO of Windows 7 Ultimate x64 that already had SP1 integrated into it and that's what I used when I did that fresh install of Windows on my PC.
