I would like to know if it is possible to use UltraMon Mirroring feature, and have it a full 30 FPS, or at least a good Frame Rate for streaming Full Screen HD video?
I've try with my OnBoard ATI video card, and without surprise I'm having a bad lag on video frame Rate.
What are the Requirement/Video Card to reach a good FrameRate?
Here my setup My actual setup is; Quad Code system 4 Gigs Ram Windows 7 Home Integrated ATI 3200 HD VGA Output for the ACER T230H (1920 x 1080) HDMI Output for the Sharp Aquos 32' (1920 x 1080)
Thanks ! Hugo Dufort

In general I wouldn't recommend UltraMon mirroring for live video, that said I'm getting fairly decent performance on a slower system (with ATI Radeon 4350), but do see some lag on the mirror display.
Have you tried the video card's clone mode? This should work fine for you as both monitors use the same resolution.

Thank for your reply, I already know about clone mode, but in this mode I cannot rotate the secondary display at 180 degres. That why UltraMon interest me.
I've try on a nVidia GTS250 512 Megs, and with it the lag is reduce, but lag still present.
I'll have to look at somewhere else. Thank!
