Hello,
With IE9, it would be nice if the following was added/fixed. When dragging a tab off IE9 to an empty space to create a new IE9 browser, that dragging to a new monitor maximises the new IE9 instance to the other monitor.
Scenario:
1. Monitor 1: Open a new IE9 and maximise.
2. Open a new tab so there are two websites loaded in the single IE9 window.
3. Drag and drop a tab from IE9 instance over to Monitor2. Note that the dragged window is not maximised.
For what it is worth, Chrome behaves correctly and maximises the window already.
