You'll get this if UltraMon fails to save the wallpaper profile due to being denied access to the file.
To fix this, open properties for the folder C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Realtime Soft\UltraMon\<version>\Wallpapers, then select the Security tab and make sure your user account has full control over the folder.
If the folder isn't visible, click on Organize in Windows Explorer and select Folder and Search Options from the menu, then select the View tab and check Show Hidden Files, Folders and Drives.
