I installed Internet Explorer 9 yesterday. Now if IE opens on the second monitor, the web page is not displayed. The menu and tool bars show up normally, but the web page is an empty white space. Interestingly, when the IE window is dragged half-way over to the first monitor, that portion that is on the first monitor is painted, but that portion that is on the second monitor is still a white space. If the IE window is then dragged back to the second monitor, that portion that is was on the first monitor remains filled in, that portion that did not get over to the first monitor remains white.
To start back at the begining of this message, if IE is initially opened on the first monitor, it paints normally. But once moved to the second monitor, it does not paint.
If moved so half is on the first monitor and half is on the second monitor, and an address is typed in, the half on the first monitor paints, and the half on the second monitor is not changed.
Thanks, Bill Clark

Sounds like an issue with IE or the video card driver, seems unlikely that this would be related to UltraMon. Also haven't seen this myself so far (64-bit Windows 7).
To confirm that the issue isn't related to UltraMon, check if you still have the problem if UltraMon isn't running, you can close it via right-click on the UltraMon icon in the system tray, then select Close.

I have the issue of internet explorer not displaying pages on a second monitor after events fire, but I do NOT have UltraMon installed.
I just ran across this post trying to research my issue.
