I have purchased, downloaded, and installed ultramon. The main theing that we want to do is have certain programs open on certained assigned monitors. When I right click on the program icon and select which monitor I want the program to open on, the apply button stays grayed out and I have to click OK. All programs still attempt to open on the primary monitor. Even if the setting is for monitor 2 the program will open on the primary monitor which is monitor 1.
The program was purchased and registered. How can I get it to work?

Which application are you trying to position via UltraMon, and what settings do you have configured on the UltraMon - Window tab?
