I un-installed an older version of UN about a year ago. However, the "move window to other monitior" icon (right arrow on window title bar), is still popping up on non-full screen windows.
I would like to remove the code that is doing this.
Please advise.

That's most likely done by the software for your video card, for example Nvidia and Intel have a similar feature. Disabling the option there should fix the problem.

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction.
Specifically, it was Intel's Hot Key program: HKCMD.exe. Disabling this from running fixed it.
