I have a shortcut for Firefox 4 setup to open maximized on monitor 1.
I use new windows, not tabs, and when I click that shortcut again to open another window, that annoying waiting/working spinner next to the arrow cursor starts and takes 3-5 seconds to go away.
If I click on a link on a website in a new window it doesn't happen.
If I remove the UltraMon custom settings on the shortcut it's also fine.
Any ideas?

Might be due to UltraMon not being able to position multiple instances of Firefox. Another user just mentioned that setting Show to Last Used Position fixed the problem for him with multiple instances, but I haven't tested this myself yet.
