My problem that this feature would resolve....
My 2nd monitor is actually my TV which I use mostly for just watching videos on & because of this it is not always on. If I forget to move my video player back to my main monitor when finished the next time I launch it it will launch where it last was meaning that I then have to turn on my TV just to go recover it. If you implemented a right click move option on the taskbar options of applications I could then just click on the button & move it back to my main monitor.

That's already supported, but if you're on Windows 7 and you're right-clicking a task on the main taskbar, you'll need to press SHIFT when right-clicking the task to get the UltraMon menu commands. See Window management for more on this feature.
