I'm wondering can I play DVD on my computer and send the picture to my T.V. I have it wired up through the tv out to the tv via svideo but all I get is a distorted picture? Has anyone done this. Why do they call this tv out if it does not work?
Please HELP!

Change the format to NTSC (or whatever region you're from). Display Properties -> Settings -> Advanced -> TwinView (or nView). Select the second display, click Device Settings... -> Select Output Device... Now click Change Format...
and choose the country.region you're from. Now if you've already done this, then I'm stumped, check the connections.
