Moving from XP Pro to Win 7 Pro (32-bit), the Win 7 pc's have experienced mouse cursors changing to a shape the resembles a spring. The pc's are new and have the latest Dell video drivers (ATI vid cards). I am trying to isolate the cause, but the changes seem to random but seem to occur when moving from one monitor to another (seems from #2 to #1) but cannot be absolutely sure. It does not seem repeatable. Anyone have any experience with this?
