We're looking at installing UltraMon on a Windows 2008 Terminal Server, so that users that log in with multiple monitors can use the features of UltraMon in their Remote Desktop sessions.
Is this supported, or are there only certain situations where this is possible? (e.g. Windows 7 and Server 2008 R2)

This will only work with Server 2008 R2, and with the client configured to use all monitors for the remote session (/multimon switch for mstsc.exe). Otherwise UltraMon will only see a single monitor, even if the session is stretched across multiple monitors on the client.
