I've always had to swap Primary/Secondary Displays to get my games to play on monitor 2 while keeping monitor 1 alive and powered up.
I just got a new monitor to replace monitor 1 so that now both displays are 1920x1080 (old setup was 1:1680x1050 2:1920x1080) and I was hoping to be able to have my games on monitor 2 without having to swap Primary/Secondary... is this possible, now or in the future? right now when I try the game appears on monitor 2 but monitor 1 turns itself off.
(hope that all makes sense :D )

Might work if the game is running in windowed mode, but in fullscreen mode UltraMon usually won't be able to move the game window to a different monitor, even if both monitors use the same resolution.

yeah, that's kind of what I thought.
thanks for the answer tho :) wanted to be sure I wasn't missing out.
