I understand you are awre of the issue with Windows Media Center running in fullscreen and the mirroring function not working. Is a fix planned? How can I get notification of the release where this is fixed?

I don't think there's a fix for this, taking a screenshot also doesn't work if Media Center is in fullscreen mode (even if no video is playing). Unfortunately I don't know why exactly this doesn't work.
