Everytime I startup my computer, Ultramon makes an icon move. Sometimes it is random, sometimes it moves a certain icon. I know it is ultramon because I installed it on 1 computer and it started doing that. I then installed it on another computer a few days ago and it started doing it again. My setup for both computers are Win7 Ultimate, 64-bit 2 monitors.....

This could happen due to UltraMon positioning the icons, or due to the additional taskbars getting added.
To determine what causes the issue, try the following:
- disable automatic icon positioning under UltraMon Options > General (uncheck 'preserve position of desktop icons')
- disable the Smart Taskbar under UltraMon Options > Smart Taskbar
