I work for a company interested in upgrading our 2.x UltraMon license pack to 3.x, and I am currently testing the UltraMon 3.1.0 trial for compatability with Windows 7.
My testing environment consists of a machine running Windows 7 x64 Professional, with two nVidia Quadro 2000 video cards, both at 1280x1024 resolution, and two Samsung SyncMaster 943 monitors.
Everything seems to be working with the exception of one annoying bug: when I maximize a window to desktop (both monitors), the window appears correctly on the left monitor but is offset about 20 pixels downward on the right monitor. You can see this effect here
Moving the window up and down has no effect - the offset remains.

The issue has been resolved, problem was that the monitors weren't properly aligned.
