I have a HP laptop and an Acer secondary monitor. I want the laptop to be primary but the Acer is. I can not find a way to switch them. I have tried set primary and didn't work. Can anyone help?

Try changing the primary monitor via the software for the video card, that should work even if Windows Display Properties or UltraMon can't make the change.
