Hi!
I just discovered this cool site, and it seems as if you are the only ones who can help me. What is the cheapest PCI card that I can use as a 2nd card with the ATI Rage128 (AGP) under Windows 2000?

Depends on how much time you want to spend. PCI cards for around $60 are readily available, for example the Nvidia TNT2 card from eVGA, the old Mystique from Matrox (refurbished) or the ATI Xpert 128.
For more suggestions, see the shopping guide.
You may find even better deals if you want to spend some time searching for older cards, for example on eBay. Make sure to research the card in the compatibility database before buying.
