We’re having issues with UltraMon not being able to arrange monitors correctly after upgrading to Windows 7 X64. Arranging the monitors correctly and applying the settings results in loosing video to (4) of our (12) monitors and the monitor arrangement gets screwed up. We would appreciate any information that you could provide.
OUR MACHINE: Operating System: Windows 7 X64 Monitors: (12) Planar 19” LCDs Video Cards:(3) ATI FireMV 2400 PCI-E 256MB PC Make & Model: HP DC7800 Processor: Intel Core 2 Duo RAM: 4 Gigs Chipset: Intel Q35 Express Power supply: 365W
Also, I notice that during the UltraMon monitor recognition at startup or during wake we lose vdieo to (4) monitors.

If you're not already using version 3.1.0, please upgrade then try if that fixes the issue.
If you're still having the problem with 3.1.0, try the following:
- run regedit.exe, then go to the key HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Realtime Soft\UltraMon Components, create a new DWORD value named DebugOutput and set it to 1
- run a debug monitor, for example DebugView
- now try to enable all 12 monitors via UltraMon, then save the output of the debug monitor to a file and send me the file for analysis. Please also include the display configuration information from UltraMon menu > About
Regarding startup: that sounds like a driver issue, UltraMon won't change the display configuration by itself

I removed the video adapters in Device Manager and re-installed the ATI executable again. This fixed the issue with UltraMon not being able to re-arrange the monitors and with loosing video to 4 screens upon changing settings.
If any of your display adapters ready anything different then the followin, you may experience the same issue: ATI FireMV 2400 (Microsoft Corporation - WDDM)
The display adapter that was causing the issue didn't have the (Microsoft Corporation - WDDM) text in the name.
