Hi. I am running geforce 2 on one monitor and ati rage pro on the other. same resolution and same refresh rate. how come there is a scanning line on each monitor that goes up and down?

This is caused by interference between the two monitors, see the FAQ for a solution.

If your using a monitor extension lead then you will sometimes get the lines effect.it to do with the sheilding.........
