I have one Dell latitude D630 notebook and now 2 weeks ago started to make some trouble. The screen shakes/flickers and is blurred around the task bar area. Please has anyone had same problems before and how was it solved?

That sounds like a hardware issue, I would recommend contacting Dell Support.

My guess would be an issue with the display panel, not sure though if you can replace that. Could also be something else though.
