Please add an "Apply" button to your Options panel. Quite often, I want to see the effect of a change but really plan on keeping things the way they are now. Doing this requires I bring up the Options panel several times.
Also, though this is purely cosmetic, I would recommend that you capitalize the label you have after checkboxes and radio buttons. It seems that you have consistently used lowercase.
