Loss of responsiveness when clicking on a minimized program on second monitor. System hangs for a number of seconds. Might have to go back to previous version as I have a living to make & this is slowing everything down

Which version of Windows are you using?
I'm not seeing this with UltraMon 3.1.0 on Windows 7, clicking on a minimized application's taskbar button on the UltraMon taskbar restores the application without delay.
