Hi, I use "Windows 8 Developer Preview" and want start ultramon.

You'll get this because the window buttons aren't compatible with the new theme, disabling them will fix the problem.
To do this, run regedit.exe, then go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Realtime Soft\UltraMon\<version>\Window Buttons and set Move Window Button and Maximize to Desktop Button to zero.

Support for Windows 8 is planned, but I don't know yet when this will be released.
