I been having this problem where flash videos buffer until done and the only solution is to reinstall. I could not uninstall Adobe Flash unless in safe mode, even with the uninstaller. It would say it failed with no information available.
I noticed if I turn off Ultramon it will bring up uninstall and work.
This is an oddball problem but just documenting it for the sake of all.

Not sure what would cause this, uninstalling Flash Player 10 worked fine for me on 64-bit Windows 7 with UltraMon running.
A couple other users mentioned the same issue when installing Flash, but I was never able to reproduce the problem. I think disabling the UltraMon window buttons fixed the problem for them.
