When I use PowerDVD 10 (v10.0.3322.54) with UltraMon v3.1.0, I would get the following message:
UltraMon encountered a fatal error and will exit.
More information:

OS: 5.1.2600 Service Pack 3 x32

Return value: 0
Last error: 0
So far, I have only seen this error occur when using PowerDVD.

I've seen this when running multiple 16-bit applications, not sure though why PowerDVD would cause this. There's a patch for the 16-bit issue, if you would like to give this a try please contact me by e-mail at support@realtimesoft.com.
