System info is below. The move to other monitor context item is greyed out on all programs and buttons are missing. I reinstalled 3.1.0 with no change and they are checked in options.
Recently installed win 7 sp 1 it failed after that. Not sure how long after though.
Any one else have problems with sp1?

SP1 should be no problem, you would get this behavior if UltraMon thinks you only have one monitor enabled, but that doesn't seem to be the case.
Does restarting UltraMon fix the problem?

That worked which seems odd as I rebooted after it was installed.
Thanks

If you get this again when you restart the system the next time, it could be a timing issue of some sort, in that case it would be possible to delay UltraMon startup as a workaround.
