Hey all

I have XP pro running abit VH6-II...

My question...I can use two monitors no problem with my main AGP Geforce 2 GTS pro and a SIS 6326 PCI, BUT when I install another SIS 6326 PCI device manager says it cannot start the device.......

I did not think it would be easy, but hey this sucks.....is it the PCI cards, cause I uninstalled the AGP and tried two PCI SIS 6326 and still the same issue.......

It buggin me folks.any help appreciated...

Just my take, but I think XP is picky when it comes to identical cards. Try a third card.

I had a similar issue that worked fine in 98 but bombed in XP.

Good Luck.

As far as I know the Sis is one of those cards that doesn't work as secondary with Win2000/XP, it has to be primary in BIOS. See the FAQ for more on this issue.
