Same message as some of the postings here, but a different line number:
UltraMon Taskbar encountered a fatal error and will exit.
More information:
Version: 3.1.0
OS: 6.1.7601 Service Pack 1 x32

Last error: 3
Changing the AutoStartDelay does not affect this, nor does rebooting or manually starting it.
I have VIPRE running for anti-malware but even when I disable it completely I still get the above error with UltraMon Taskbar.
Any ideas?

Found the error...
An error in the environment caused the account's TEMP folder to be unaccessible. Once TEMP became available again, the taskbar returned.

Glad to hear the issue is fixed. The Smart Taskbar requires access to the temp folder for a settings file.
