I have Ultramon and I like it a lot.
For some reason, my Move Window button disappeared on all windows and on Outlook from the top right corner of my screens.
I am running Outlook 2010 and IE8.
I have the "add Move Window" and "add Move Window command" buttons checked in Options.
Any idea how I can get the button back up there?
Thank you.

Does restarting UltraMon fix the problem? You can close it via UltraMon menu > Close, then start it again via the shortcut in Start Menu > Programs.
Also let me know which version of UltraMon and Windows you're using.

No, sir. It did not work. I can still drag my windows to the other monitor, but I got the program because the buttons made it much more convenient. Bummer.

I got Ultramon in April from Realtime website, so I assume it is the latest.
I use Windows 8.
If there is a newer version, I am happy to uninstall this and buy new.

The buttons won't work on Windows 8 due to the new theme, support for this will be added in a later release.
You could use the Move Window/Maximize to Desktop hotkeys instead, you can configure those via UltraMon Options > Hotkeys.

I apologize. I am using IE8, but Windows 7.

That should work fine, one thing you can check: go to the folder C:\Program Files\UltraMon, then right-click UltraMon.exe, select Properties from the menu, then select the Compatibility tab and make sure UltraMon isn't running in a compatibility mode.

Ha! It worked. I went to Properties made compatible for Windows 7, closed the program, then re-started, and it all came back perfectly.
Many, many thanks for the time and trouble.
Satisfied customer.
