This tool is fantastic, and I don't really think you could improve it much more.
A few things would be awesome though:
a) The ability to reposition superbar elements such as Start button, System Tray, and Quick Launch icons across to other screens
b) The ability to pin Quick Launch icons to the other taskbars
c) Context sensitive windows - if I have a text file on my second desktop, it opens on first until I drag it over - there should be a mouse tracking feature that opens programs in the screen the mouse is currently in
d) The ability to dim screens (with customizable percentages) that the mouse is not active in, and to wake them up to full brightness as the mouse is moved back into them
Apart from these I have no other concerns - previewing doesn't really matter to me at all.
By the way - while programming this tool, I'm sure you did, and this is a poor suggestion, but did you ever consider just "modding" the existing windows Superbar and feeding it false resolutions so that it extends past the edge of the primary screen? This would mean full superbar functionality across multiple screens....

b) and c) are already supported, at least partially. UltraMon doesn't have a built-in Quick Launch toolbar, but you could use the True Launch Bar instead, which has similar functionality. To add a toolbar, right-click the UltraMon taskbar and select Toolbars from the menu.
Shortcuts can be configured to open on the monitor with the mouse, to set this up right-click the shortcut, select Properties from the menu, then select the UltraMon - Window tab and set 'on monitor' to Monitor with Mouse. Another option would be the PositionAllApps script.
I looked into stretching the main taskbar across multiple monitors some time ago, but couldn't get it working, though I hadn't tried hooking screen resolution APIs.
