I running win7 pro and I when I set ultramon to 2 monitor screen saver the photos that should rotate on my screen saver never rotate. Am I missing a setting or is this normal behavior?

Are you using the Photos screen saver included with Windows? Unfortunately the Windows 7/Vista version of this screen saver isn't compatible with UltraMon, I would recommend using a different slideshow screen saver instead, for example gPhotoShow has good multi-monitor support.
