Everything was grate until obviously I did something and this happened.
I have two monitors running on my system Win7 Enterprise x64
Samsung SyncMaster 940b 1280x1024
Samsung SyncMaster t240HD 1920x1200
I'm using a lot function to Stretch certain windows through both my monitor, that one click button on the top right side. The thing is, couple hours go I was making some changes to the system and that function stop working as it was.
Before:
When I click the button to stretch certain window through both monitor, that window would be stretch on both monitor evenly from top to bottom.
Now:
When I click the same button I get this gap on my Samsung SyncMaster t240HD 1920x1200, My guess there was some auto alignment since those monitor are not same size that stop working. Before I contact you I try to reverse the things I remember I was change, but with no luck. I can't work like this, if I'm unable to get back to old way, I'll be force to reinstall the system, which would be something I really don' need.

Most likely the monitors are no longer aligned at the top/bottom, to fix this right-click the UltraMon icon in the system tray and select Display Settings from the menu, then adjust the monitor configuration so that both monitors are aligned at the top or bottom.
