Hello,
Since two days I have a problem. The wallpaper isn't working anymore. Now my background (on both monitors) is black and I can't change this. Every time I try to change my background by using UltraMon Desktop (by pressing 'apply') the following error appears:
Runtime Error!
Program: C:\Program Files\UltraMon\UltraMonDesktop.exe
This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support team for mote information.
I am using 64 bit windows 7. Every other aspect of UltraMon is working just fine.
What should I do?

Please save a crash dump when you get this the next time. To do this, don't close the error message, then open Task Manager, select the Processes tab, then right-click UltraMonDesktop.exe and select Create Dump File from the menu.
Let me know once you have the crash dump, I will then send you a link to upload it to our server.
