I like to use one monitor full screen, and the others with open windows. I thus often like to move a window to my second monitor and then expand it; and in reverse, restore the window and then shove it back to the first monitor.
So, I would like a "move and expand to full screen" button (only on windowed apps), along with a "restore and move" button (only on full screen apps).
thanks

Thanks for your suggestion, will be considered for a future release.
It would be possible to do this via hotkey and a custom script, let me know if you would be interested in this.

I would love to have that. Would I click to put a window in focus and then hit an F key or control key? I might be able to program my center mouse button for this too.
Would $25 be just compensation?
Thanks

There is no charge for scripts, I have uploaded a modified version of the MoveAndMaximizeWnd script which supports this.
You'll need to create a hotkey which runs the script, see the script page for details on doing this.
You'll also need to configure the script to get the behavior you want, to do this open it in a text editor and change the RESTORE_IF_MAXIMIZED option on the first line of the script from False to True.
