how/can you enable aero peek on the second taskbar?

Currently that's not supported, will be considered for a future release.

Windows 7 has been out for 3 years, and this is still a "considered for future release" feature? This was a large reason why I stopped using UltraMon. No feature advancement to keep pace with the core features of Windows itself. It was more of a headache to have a crippled, feature-lacking UltraMon installed than it was to just use Windows without it. At least without it I don't have a completely different taskbar situation on adjacent monitors.
