I'm a happy user of UltraMon, for Windows XP, and now for Windows 7 (yet that I had to pay the full price for an update from 3.0 to 3.1 was a bit disappointing, but alas, can't have all)...
Anyway, besides praising UltraMon, I'd also like to drop in something else. I've written a little (free) tool for displaying wallpapers on multiple monitors, auto adjusting / stretching / resizing, taking into account multiple monitors at different positions, etc.
It's command line based, so not for the faint of heart (though it's simple).
I'm currently looking into compatibility issues (especially with server versions of Windows, sd well as exotic multiple display setups).
