I currently run 2 different displays
LG Flatron L1952TQ - on my desk for working/gaming with 1280x1024 as highest resolution
Benq G2450HM - in front of my bed for watching movies with 1920x1080 as highest resolution
I want to run the LG with 1280x1024 for business and the FullHD Benq with 1920x1080. How can I get this?

Are you currently using clone mode, meaning both monitors display the same thing? If yes, try changing to extended desktop mode, you can then select a different resolution for each monitor.
You can also have only a single monitor enabled at a time in extended desktop mode.

i cant get resolution means in both monitor resolution remains same
