I would like to setup my two dell 23" monitors in portrait mode as the non primary display. The 3rd dell 24" monitor is my primary and is in regular landscape. All 3 monitors are 1920x1080.
In theory this is what it would look like:

My intention is to use the dual portrait for Remote Desktop where my development box is. The RDC is setup in span mode.
