Hi,
My issue is described in the title, basically. The program is working, but in order to get it going, I have to reinstall it every time I restart my computer. When I do that (through Control Panel/Programs), it works perfectly, but I'd like it to start automatically with my computer.
I can't do this because I can't get it to appear in msconfig/Startup (I can't check its box because it doesn't appear there). It's not appearing in my Program Files folder either, there's no trace of it, even after I reinstall it and see it working perfectly.
For what it's worth, the icon appears in my taskbar (only after I reinstall it, though).
Thanks in advance for any help.

Not sure what might cause this, very odd. One thing you could try: with UltraMon running, open Task Manager, then select the Processes tab, right-click UltraMon.exe and select Open File Location from the menu, this will show where UltraMon is installed.

Thanks for the reply. Hmm, I did that and found that it actually does appear in Program Files ... not Program Files (x86) though, does that matter?
Still, it's not an option in msconfig/Startup, so I'm unable to set it to start up with my machine.

That's due to UltraMon being a 64-bit application, Program Files (x86) only gets used for 32-bit applications.
UltraMon creates a shortcut in Start Menu > Programs > Startup, this causes it to get started automatically at system startup. If this shortcut is missing, please try if repairing your UltraMon installation fixes the issue. To do this, go to Control Panel > Programs and Features, select UltraMon from the list, then click on Repair.

I was sure I'd done that (Control Panel/Programs/Repair Ultramon), but I tried it again and sure enough, it fixed the problem.
Appreciate the great customer service!
