Is it possible 2 Make one big monitor to act like 2 for exmple have two seperate taskbars, I need it when I log in to a different computer with remote desktop in spam mode The screen will strech on both local monitors (if i have same rsolution on both) but i would like to have the same feature of taskbar showing the program open ed on this monitor.

If the remote computer is running Windows 7 or Server 2008 R2 you could use the /multimon switch for mstsc.exe instead of /span, this way the remote session will work just like a regular multi-monitor system.
