I have started to get an application crash ("UltraMon has stopped working") more often than not when starting up Windows 7. The problem details are:

Please save a crash dump when you get this the next time, to do this don't close the error message, then open Task Manager, select the Processes tab, then right-click on UltraMon.exe and select Create Dump File from the menu.
Let me know once you have the crash dump, I will then send you a link to upload it to our server.

How do you fix the error once it crashes? I can't get the application to work even after re-starting.

If you restart the system, does UltraMon immediately crash again?
