I have the "Online Bible" (Edition 4.24) installed on my system. When I start this program the move and maximize buttons do not attach to the title bar, but appear at the top left hand of my primary screen. Clicking on either of these un-attached buttons performs the expected action, and attaches the buttons to the title bar. This is a carry over from Ultramon 3.1.0 - but as I do not normally move this window from my primary monitor I have not previously commented. I hoped that this behaviour would be fixed in 3.2.0, but it is still present, in both Windows 7 and Windows 8 RP. I have not noted this behaviour with any other of my programs, but I see from forum posts that some have had a similar issue with Firefox. This is not a big deal for me, as I rarely move or maximize this window, but offer it for information in the hope that it may help in solving the issue with Firefox (I'm using the alternate method to attach the buttons to FF).

No, the Online Bible program I use is from
http://www.onlinebible.net
A bit of a misnomer, I'd say, as it is not a web based program. The program resides on my computer and doesn't need an internet connection for use, other than for installing updates and the like.

I'll look into it, for me the buttons didn't get added at all.
