I know dit is not the normal way to get help but i send a message to support twice but get no answer so i tray it at this way
As you can see below in this email we did a payment for a license for ultramon but we did not receive a key or license to activate the software so we think there went something wrong. Can you find out what we must do to activate ultramon?

I got your mails and have just tried to send you the mails for your order by fax (+31 58 21 28 031), but the fax didn't get through.
If you can't change your spam filter settings to allow mail from realtimesoft.com, let me know if you have a different e-mail address where the mails could be sent, or what fax number should be used.

Hi Henk, the new fax number worked fine, the fax was delivered successfully at 22:42.
