I have ULTRA-MON version 2.7.1 running Windows XP Pro sp3.
I just bought a new graphics board a GEFORCE 8400 GS.
When I installed the drivers from the CD that came with the graphics card everything worked fine. However I noticed some glitches especially after coming back from standby and so I decided to try new drivers. I now have a conflict which causes all windows to be maximized across all of my three monitors if ULTRA-MON is running and I enable the Nview desktop manager.
If I disable ULTRA-MON from starting up on login the problem goes away.
I have tried several versions of the drivers and they all have the same problem with slight variations except for the older drivers that came with my new board (drivers from ~2010).
Is this a known problem?

At the moment I don't see how UltraMon could cause this, UltraMon only resizes application windows if you have configured custom window settings for an application (right-click on the application shortcut, select Properties, then select the UltraMon - Window tab).
My guess would be an issue with the nView desktop manager, I would try if disabling it fixes the issue.

I just tried (and bought) an upgrade to the latest version which does fix the problem.
Thanks.
